04.01.2022 The TIPS on BUYING A POOL ! 1. Make sure you buy only from a Licensed Builder that has vast experience in pool installation as well knowing the Legal requirements for pool certification 2. Choose wisely on the pool shell design, construction, thickness as these factors are the most important in any pool shell - as the pool shell holds the water contained throughout the test of time... 3. Do your homework on equipment, don’t just believe the sales garb or price? 4. Always ask for a completed quotation outlining - All Products and their applied costs and warranties. 5. Do not believe ! all referrals regarding the installer or company 6. Make sure you obtain full insurance for all the work to be done ( And read the fine print before you sign ) 7. Ask for a Completion Date and have it in writing and signed by the installer 8. DO NOT - pay any more than an exact amount of 5 % deposit ( If asked to do so by the installer or salesperson - they are most likely to be doggie and besides it’s illegal to obtain any more in a deposit - by law ) 9. DO NOT - except any added costs outside the contract agreement. 10. Obtain your own additional quotes for any of the following and make sure they are all fully Licensed > e.g.; Plumbers , Electrician and Crane costs. Or for any Additional Concreting or Tilers if needed.
