20.01.2022 JANE & RENE 27.04.2019 We were very excited to be chosen along with Savour The Flavour for this magical country wedding. Days before the 27th April it rained and rained and it was looking grim. I had spoken to Rene the day before where he was hoping for a miracle. Unbelievably, the day of the wedding the sky cleared up and the sun came out, as if on cue! ... A whole goat and pig were marinated with lashings of garlic, sage, lemon zest and loads of other fresh herbs. They were then spit roasted for 9 hours and coupled with a beautiful selection of sides, salads, dessert and a grazing platter made up with a cheese wedding 'cake' This was a true paddock to plate wedding! Check out the some of the absolutely amazing scenery in our photos of Jane and Rene's property. They thought of everything down to the Jar Bar with a sky lounge and were so creative in making themed tables using old wire, this personalised touch really caught my eye.
15.01.2022 My great uncle Alec Campbell ... the last Anzac. Joined up in 1915 at 16 years of age, survived Gallipoli and lived until 2002. Lest we forget.
