20.01.2022 ATTENTION STALLHOLDERS: At this stage, the 2020 Swap Meet is still going ahead! August is still a while away though, so check back here to stay updated. If you choose to book a site, rest assured, if the event is cancelled because of Covid-19, your site booking fee will be refunded, minus a small processing fee (approximately $1 per site).

17.01.2022 ## Attention stall holders ## With regards to site setup/dismantle. Access to your site is available from 3:00pm Friday 9th August. Gates will re-open at 4:30am Saturday 10th August with set up to be complete by 6:00am. No vehicles will be permitted to travel in the village after 6am Saturday morning for health and safety reasons.... Gates close at 3pm Saturday 10th August. For health and safety reasons, you can not begin to pack up and transport your site until this time. Please note: If you have vehicles on your site, they can be on display but must not be turned on after 6am Saturday 10th until closure. Finally, if you have not yet received your order confirmation, please contact us through private message with your order number, name and email address. Thank you.

11.01.2022 The Rotary Club of Gladstone Inc will be on site Friday afternoon/evening for stall holders wanting to set up, from 3pm onwards. They will also be selling Fish and Chips for dinner for hungry set up teams.
