19.01.2022 Healthy Recipe: PINNACLE CAJUN SALMON PREP TIME 10 mins | COOKING TIME 15 mins | SERVES 2 INGREDIENTS 500g Wild Caught Atlantic Salmon skin on 1 clove Garlic minced 1 Tsp Cajun Spice 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice... 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1/ Brown Onion chopped 3 cups Vegetables cooked* 150g shaved Ham ... 6 Eggs 3 Tbsp. Skim Milk or Water cup Light Tasty Cheese Grated cup Parmesan Cheese grated 1 Tbsp. dried Oregano 1 Tsp Paprika Black Pepper *Use cooked leftover vegetables including roast potato, sweet potato, or pumpkin. Combine with fresh vegetables like zucchini, capsicum, broccoli, asparagus or broccoli METHOD Heat oven to 120 degrees Celsius. Heat olive oil in an oven proof pan, saut the onion until clear Add the ham and vegetables to the pan to combine with the onion In a bowl whisk together the eggs, skim milk, tasty cheese, herbs and spices.
