18.01.2022 This still bothers me I never took down my Facebook business reviews because I believe when you do that, you have something to hide. I had a consistent 5 star review rating, due to hard work, dedication and genuinely caring and focusing not on the salon/business but completely on my amazing clients, how to make them happy... whatever it took... so I can build friendships, TRUST (this is a big one for me, as I become more than just the beautician and makeup artist they regularly go to... I become there support network, to feel good about themselves .... internally, externally, mind, body & soul ) and in turn, build long term clients that my business was always going to be based on

16.01.2022 This is horrendous to wake up too!!! I have had a perfect 5 star rating, which I prided myself on, due to being a total perfectionist, going above and beyond for my clients and paying complete attention to detail. If I am at fault in any way, I will rectify the situation as soon as possible but if this is personal or bullying, I will not stand for it. I have never met or communicated with this person and I keep extensive records of all my clients, as I hope they will be w...ith me long term. I also feel my prices are competitive and I am worth it .. as I do go above and beyond and will do anything in my power to make a client happy.
