24.01.2022 ? 2020, what a year has it been. I think you and I wasn't quite expecting this, let alone be ready for it. Not just you and I, but all over the world have to witness, experience and adapt to the sudden changes. After all that has been happening... we are starting to get back into normality. Venturing out and being able to see family and friends again.... Cherishing and not take small simple moments and leisure for granted. Dining out, roaming freely, trips to the beach, picnics and getaways.... Now, all seems like a real luxury. We are only a bit over a month away till the year ends. Let's end it on a positive note, let's celebrate the remaining days with house parties, dinner and gathering together as a family or as a group. Mobile pampering as a group or special occasions, is about bringing people together in a comfortable familiarise atmosphere. What goes well with great company and good food? Me time of course. Individualised attention on you, while you get a relaxing massage or facial, a heavenly foot soak, or a luxurious nail treatment with your nearest and dearest. , ? #mobilepamper #mobilebeauty #endofyear #friends #family

24.01.2022 .... ! How often do you stop and take a look at the beauty in the world around you? It’s pretty often that our minds get stuck dwelling on things that happened in the past, or worrying about the future. Either that, or we get wrapped up in the daily tasks of our busy lives, and don’t really stop to appreciate the joy that exists in every day. This is a little reminder to live in the present moment, be mindful, and appreciate the little things. #moment #slowdown #mindful #appreciate #bepresent

24.01.2022 ' , . Why do we usually put off the things we know we would enjoy? The amount of times I would hear clients saying. "I need to do this more often", "Why haven't I done this earlier?" "I really needed this" , is becoming too frequent.... So...What is holding you back? Is it because you are busy, forget, don't think it's important enough or is it guilt? ? For me, I intend to enjoy what life has to offer. And that is by doing more for me. #massages #mobilemassage #appointment #massageview

23.01.2022 - / ? Most of us use make-up brushes/sponge on the daily but often forget to clean them regularly. Cleaning yourmake-up brushesis important for several different reasons, the main ones being:... Bacteria build-up. Dead skin cells on the make-up brush. Oil accumulation. Yuck! Not properly cleaning make-up brushes can often lead to breakouts and other skin problems. Don’t want to spend a fortune on make-up brush sanitisers and cleansers you don’t have to! All you need is Soap & Water Mix a bit ofdish soap(a gentle range) with lukewarm water (avoid hot water, which can damage your brush’s bristles). Dip the brush into the mixture and swirl it around for a little while. Wipe the brush back and forth on your hand to dry it out. Then, leave it on the counter overnight on a paper towel. Repeat the same for all of your brushes. For some added benefit, add a few drops of olive oil to your mixture. The olive oil keeps the bristles in tip-top shape, while the soap kills off the bacteria. Fit this into your weekly routine, and it only takes a few minutes of your time. Your skin will definitely thank you for it and what’s more, it’ll save you having to fork out on new make-up brushes every few months. #makeupbrushes #makeup #diy #skincare #beauty #maintenance

23.01.2022 - - , . To define self-care, it’s basically the act of taking care of yourself physically and mentally. It’s a way to make sure you’re getting the time you need to feel at peace, whether it’s spending the night in painting and drawing instead of going out with friends. It’s the self-awareness that you need time for yourself to grow or develop in any way.Self-care allows you to maintain a healthy relationship wit...h yourself rather than beating yourself up over the little things. Self-love, on the other hand, is about cultivating gratitude and acceptance toward yourself, physically and emotionally.Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness, taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others, and not settling for less than you deserve. Self-love means loving yourself unapologetically, whereas self-care is about taking the time to feel good in your skin. It’s about spending time with yourself and loving every minute of it. While these two are different, they’re both necessary to a healthy, fulfilled lifestyle. One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to self-care and self-love. Not everyone feels calm spending an hour in the bathtub, just as not everyone finds confidence from the same sources. What’s so important about self-care is that you spend time discovering what it is that makes you happy or makes your day just a little bit better. Adding self-care and self-love to my routines has helped me grow exponentially, my self-esteem improved dramatically and my daily stress levels remains low. Finally, to practice self-love, start by being kind, patient, gentle and compassionate to yourself, the way you would with someone else that you care about. What’s important though, is that you make efforts to incorporate these things into your daily life. -? - ? # # #

17.01.2022 ? Do you ever have that thought in your head that spirals out of control, adding more negative thoughts to that string of thoughts. I use to go through this on a daily basis, and I really felt that my brain is about to explode.... Ever since I went on a personal journey of my own, and shifted my mindset, I have better control of my thoughts. I know this is a common thing that happens to a lot of us. So, I would like to share a bit on what helps me in cultivating a positive mindset. , . This doesn’t mean you ignoreeverything negative in your life and the world. It’s about recognising both the positive and the negative, but making theconscious choice to focus on the positive. - Your brain behaves like a muscle, by consciously working on your mindset every day. You are training it to think better, it gets easier with more practice. Having a positive mindset isn’t about not having negative thoughts at all, it’s about being able to catch negative thoughts, reverse them, and avoid letting it drag you down. E.g:That was so bad. I really messed up. I’m bad at my job Instead I can say. Okay I could have handled that differently and I will learn from that so I can do better next time. Don’t waste precious energy to worry about things you can’t do anything about? You are better of putting towards positive things and people in your life. Maintaining a positive mindset is not always easy but it is possible. I encourage you to make the choice to start doing some of that inner work. Trust me, it’s worth it! ? ?

16.01.2022 , . By the way, Makeup looks better on healthy skin. If you want gorgeous skin, the choices you make today will help that happen. Beautiful skin is a lifelong process, and developing a daily skin care routine today, will help your skin stay beautiful in the future.... Your face is the first part of your body that others look at, having lovely skin will make you feel good about yourself, and boost your confidence. You may know someone with beautiful skin but doesn’t have a skincare routine at all. Lucky them for having great DNA! Unfortunately, that’s not the reality for most of us. Different skin types and a lot of factors affect our skin health which explains why our skin’s maintenance level is not the same as others. I know I have struggled with bad skin since I was a teenager, and fortunately I started early enough to get it where it is today. Consistency is the key when it comes to skincare. Real results will not show up overnight so be patient and stick to your skincare routine daily. It’s the only way that you will achieve real, visible results! ? #skincare #beauty #makeup #beautifulskin

08.01.2022 ’ ’ . ’ . Sure you’ll be finding your way. Sometimes you’ll slip, falter, fall down and completely fail but that is perfectly OK, because it’s these life lessons that make you the person you are; they build and hone the essence of you and help you choose the real YOU. To be true to yourself means never to lessen the meaning of who you are. Never to be pa...rtial. Never living two different ways. ’ - ’ ’ . . . #quotes #beyou

04.01.2022 ... Chances are that when using eye cream, you're either applying too much product or putting it on the wrong area of your face. The skin around your eyes is thinner and more sensitive than the rest of your face, so this is often where you’ll see signs of aging first. It also means you need to pay special care and attention when using an eye cream.... Yes, your eye cream should go near your eyes, but it should not go on top of your eyelid, nor should it be used directly below your bottom lashes. : A pea-size amount is all you need for both eyes. Using your ring finger since it naturally has the lightest touch. As you don’t want to put too much pressure on this area of your skin. To apply, start at the inner corner underneath your eye, applying small dots in a semi-circle up to your brow bone.Gently tap in that semi-circle pattern to stimulate circulation until the product is fully absorbed.Be sure not to pull or stretch the skin while you’re doing this. Remember: Don’t get too close to your eye to avoid irritation. Also, unless the product label directs you to, avoid applying on or near your eyelids. *Store eye cream in the fridge *For best results, use your eye cream morning and night. As for how this step fits within your routine, you’ll want to apply your eye cream after cleansing and toning and before your moisturiser or night cream. ? #eyes #eyecream

Perhaps you have a high demanding career, a hectic schedule filled with meetings and projects, a mother who picks up and cleans after their little ones, a carer looking after someone. ...
