I’m not someone who struggles with mental health but over this isolation period I might if I don’t find ways to feel free and uplifted. Mine is this... trail running!!! The feeling after of exhaustion but clear thoughts is what is getting me through it, I’m sharing because some of my clients are coming in struggling and I want everyone to see this and recommend finding your happy place to make someone struggling realise or just to spread the word.
