11.01.2022 It has just been announced in France and I think elsewhere in Europe that a minimum clothing size has been mandated for fashion models. This is a robust attempt to try and minimize very serious and widespread body image and eating disorder problems for women, teenagers and girls. I think this is a very good idea and should have been done years ago. At Glamour Girls model agency we have always been fairly tolerant about body size as I think our pictures prove. The main thing with regard to appearances has been curves in the right places, an overall attractive image and a desire to show it all off.
11.01.2022 At long last the survey results on whether or not gay marriage should be allowed in Australia has finished and the results are in. A resounding YES, roughly 60% in favour and 40% against. Our parliamentarians are committed to passing legislation to allow this to happen officially and in law but already an alternative piece of legislation has been produced to allow gay marriage but with heavy civil liberties protections for those who oppose gay marriage.Many people feel that i...n this proposed altrnative legislation non-heterosexual people will once again be heavily discriminated against as they try to get married with all the products and services required of a typical marriage ceremony if those products and services are refused by opponents of gay marriage for example. The survey has also exposed considerable divisions along immigrant, racial, age and religious lines. This debate is very much about the most fundamental beliefs, values and mores of our society and I fear that the parliamentary fight over the legislation to enact gay marriage will be vicious in the extreme. This is a historical period in Australia's history and the history of many countries who have legalized gay marriage or who are about to. In Australia 40 % is a significant minority with a few whole electorates voting against gay marriage so I fear that this struggle could go on still for many years or even a decade or more with real political consequences for parties, individual politicians and many private lives. This highly controversial and expensive survey has emotionally hurt a lot of individuals, generated a lot of hate and division but without violence but it has involved a very high participation rate of all types of people and in particular, the young who have enrolled en masse onto the voting rolls. All this bodes well for Australia's democracy which has been exercised heavily for the better in the long run. Freedom of religion is important but so are other rights such as equality of sexual expression and lifestyle and for many centuries religions have not just discriminated against homosexuality but viciously and cruelly persecuted gays and many other sexual minorities. So the question I ask is should religious freedom be curtailed in favour of equality of sexual expression and freedom and, as a victim of sexual repression at the hands of the the christian church and a parochial and geographically isolated Australian society, my answer is a resounding yes. As a sexual libertarian I say let the people fuck who and what they want and to the priests and rulers stop censoring and controlling peoples lives and particularly their sex lives. See more

04.01.2022 Well at long last women have spoken out en masse about sexual harassement in its numerous forms and in general terms this outcry is a very good thing. There obviously is a lot of blatant sexism around and some of the stories that have come to light show utter contempt for, and hatred of, women as well as abuse of male power and stupidity. All this harassment has undoubtedly traumatized a lot of females and severely stifled development to their fullest potential at a loss to ...both themselves and the community. Surely sexual harassment is one of the most important feminist issues today. But anything can be taken to an extreme and so long as this new movement does not become another "bloke blaming" and sex hating campaign that stifles constructive sexual conversation and mate finding then overall it is a good movement. If "No Means No" then "yes Must Mean Yes", the power of the human sex drive and the complexity of human beings must be recognized. Some women crave male attention including sexual attention, sexual attraction is not necessarily objectification and sexual attractiveness is a real form of power for both men and women. Hopefully mutual respect, common sense, logic, justice and equality will prevail in this issue rather than just simplistic, non-biological dogma and hatred. See more
