20.01.2022 The busiest time of year is here! I am unfortunately still not 100% so have had to reduce my work hours and am no longer able to take on any new clients. I am devastated but unfortunately this is necessary. Because of this my work time is super extra precious and to make sure I can fit in as many people as possible I ask the following- Provide 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. This gives me the time to offer that appointment time to someone else ... Last minute cancellations will be charged a late fee. I have changed the SMS reminder to be 1.5 days before your appointment giving you extra time to contact me. If you are sick- Rebook. This is a no brainer and Thankyou to everyone who has been doing the right thing Attend your appointment alone where possible. My waiting room allows 2 people to social distance safely Online Bookings- are currently available for 2 weeks in advance, if it’s showing no appointments it’s because I’m booked out If you have any questions or query’s please message me Be good, stay safe and wash yours hands, Melanie
