10.01.2022 In regards to Cancellations and No Shows, all bookings must be confirmed using your card details via my online booking system. If you cancel within less than 48 hours of your appointment or do not show, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you decide to reschedule, you will only pay the remaining half of your service. If you are running 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. ... I've had a few no shows who don't message me whatsoever, or hours after their appointment was supposed to be. If you are not going to show to your appointment please let me know, or if you're running late or if you're lost just message me. Please respect that I am also trying to earn a living and it's disappointing having some people disregard that. Obviously there are some understandable reasons as to why you may not show etc but please be considerate. Thanks for understanding
