25.01.2022 We have been busy baling some of our summer paddocks, stocking the shed for winter. We have available Small Squares...... Summer Grass with some Lucerne ($11 incl GST) and Rhodes Grass ($13.75 incl GST) and Rounds......Mature Summer Grass ($77 incl GST), Stalky Lucerne ($137.50 incl GST), Grassy Lucerne ($137.50 incl GST) and Rhodes Grass ($137.50 incl GST). 19.01.2022 The oats and forage barley are progressing well. Hope to have small squares of oats in about four weeks, weather permitting and if all goes well.

17.01.2022 The last paddock of cowpea/summer grass mix ($12.50 + GST) was baled this week. Our stock of rhodes grass ($12.50 + GST) and forage sorghum ($10 + GST) is getting low. But with the irrigators up and going we hope to bale more in the next few weeks. 14.01.2022 At sunset yesterday the rhodes grass paddock was ready to bale then later in the night it was on to the lucerne paddock. 02.01.2022 After the very welcome rain in March we started planting our oats paddocks today. We also have paddocks of rhodes grass and grassy lucerne nearly ready to bale. The lucerne and forage sorghum paddocks have responded well to the rain and warm weather. It will be good to have a variety of hay in the shed for the winter months ahead.
