17.01.2022 Still have 2 trees left at $45, this one below and one white one. This tree has been outside in the weather for over a week and shines in the sun.
16.01.2022 Over the past month, I’ve been busy creating this unique stained glass mosaic featuring the classic rainbow. It was great celebrating with Emily and her daughter Tilly’s 1st Birthday yesterday and here’s the unique stained glass treasure I made. Tilly was really interacting with the mirror glass. Stay tuned for my Facebook post next week as I will be showcasing my family coat of arms in stained glass.

14.01.2022 Introducing the Briffa Family coat of arms! Give the gift of something unique and handmade this Christmas. Introducing timeless mosaic images made to order! Yep, your family coat of arms in stained glass for $80 The mosaic process, ... 1. Google your surname to find your ‘coat of arms’ image. I will then analyse this in terms of shaping the appropriate glass and sourcing colours to determine if this is doable and not to intricate. 2. Sketch is drawn up which is shown to you to see how it looks in mosaic art form. Customers are welcome to browse thru my glass samples to pick their ideal colour background, or if you have any colour preferences. 3. Once you’re happy with colours and the sketches, a $20 deposit is required and then the mosaic is ready in approx 3 weeks time. 4. An everlasting creation is made. Glass is mounted onto an MDF board, 25cm diam and ready to hang. My stained glass mosaics differ from a traditional lead-lighting in that a reflective foil backed tape known as Brite-back is applied to back of the stained glass before it’s glued down. Doing this means the mosaic does not need to be hanging in front of a window for that stained glass affect.

Here is a ‘marble sparkle’ Christmas tree I sold earlier this week, where one of my customers decked it out with battery LED lights and has even got the star on top - impressive
06.01.2022 First mosaic of the year! Another one of my one-of-a-kind Art Deco mirrors. This was a commission and has been sold. This mosaic took somewhat of a long time as the frosted glass was glued down in 2020, and then the grouting and sealant was applied a year later in 2021 Also the second mosaic where I have used a 5c coin as a feature in the corner. Please Msg me if you would like to order one - turnaround time is about 8 weeks.
