10.01.2022 A 4.5 hr training ride on the Around the Mountains cycleway yesterday. A very strong head wind for most of it. So strong in fact, that it brought me to a comp...lete stand still at times. Its not much fun having to pedal when going downhill! An amusing incident at home while I was out riding. My wife was hanging the washing out in her nightie when my 7 yr old came out the back door to talk to her. My 2 yr old, still inside, somehow managed to lock the door leaving them both locked outside. Luckily the bathroom window was open for one of them to climb back in. See more
