Who are we looking for?... *Available full time covering primarily the Sydney CBD and surrounding areas *Proven track record of managing high-value contracts as well as small day to day works, remedial works and emergency call outs. *Ability to handle project management from acquisition of contract through to close-out * Willing to ‘go the extra mile’ and put in extra hours when required; our teams regularly work weekends and evenings * Relevant industry experience (construction essential; glazing/facade/cladding advantageous). * Working at heights qualification (advantageous) * Commitment to working safely and within time restraints * Able to adhere to policies and procedures; we’re very proud to be receiving our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for our Quality Management System and need someone who is willing to contribute to its maintenance and development * Previous experience with project management software, spreadsheets, estimation and GANTT charts * Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Adobe * Quick learner and willing to learn our personalised software * Demonstrates excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with customers, suppliers, architects, management and site personnel, etc. * Australian driving licence (own ute/ transport is a plus). * Self motivated and self reliant * Team player; open to providing suggestions and able to accept feedback/ guidance * Leadership skills; managing a growing team of glaziers and abseilers * Prefer the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings and all schedules as to understand architectural intent. * Prefer project track record of finalising under budget (if possible); maintain/ manage accrued material, equipment and labour costs. *Must have the desire to grow professionally.
