19.01.2022 Brrr! An invigorating -2C, frost and an impending blanket of fog. A view like this, a warm cosy house, a great farm tour, snow fun not too far away and some wonderful local attractions make winter a wonderful time to be at Glenara House.

17.01.2022 Looking for adventure when staying at Glenara House.. Take the beautiful drive through the hills to Yarrangobilly Caves, Kosciusko National Park, where you can explore the wonders of the caves and enjoy a dip in the 27C thermal pool all year round. It's a great place to enjoy a picnic lunch. Take the scenic drive back through; Tumut (while taking in the views keep an eye out for brumbies ), Batlow (make sure to sample the local apples, cherries and cider ) and Tumbarumba (...don't forget to stop and explore Paddys River Falls). This is a spectacular day trip at any time of the year
