We have also created a 'Virtual Orientation' website to support transition to school in 2021 (see attached flyer for details). You will find many links to valuable information about our school; Kindergarten Buddies, Uniform information, greetings from our staff, FAQ plus lots more.... Thank you to Mrs Kenny, Mrs Willis and everyone who contributed to this website for our school. Note: the site is best viewed on a computer

23.01.2022 Bathurst update. The children have had a wet but wonderful day. Teachers advise that the bus has just left

22.01.2022 Today, as a parting gift to the school, Year 6 planted a Japanese Maple tree outside the Stage 3 classrooms. They started the planting by writing their intentions for how they would like to grow as their tree grows. These intentions were put into the hole and the tree was planted on top. As this beautiful tree grows, so will these beautiful people. Hopefully in years to come they’ll be able to visit and remember their intention that is growing with it.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to our Year 5 and 6 Premiers debating teams. Both teams secured a round 1 win against Lapstone PS. Ms Garvan is proud of our teams growth in such a short amount of time. Well done boys and girls It was a pleasure to join you via Zoom.

22.01.2022 Dear Parents and Carers, I am extremely pleased to advise that Glenbrook Public School will be operational tomorrow 24th March, 2021. We received confirmation from our Asset Management Unit a short time ago. 3 of our classes in F Block have been relocated, whilst the water problem is fixed and new carpet laid.... Beginning tomorrow, 2M and 1D will be located in the Library. Mrs Demmitt and Mrs Medlin have set up a learning space that will work very well in continuing to deliver class programs. We have established a classroom learning space in the western side of the hall, to accommodate 3/4O with class supplies, furniture and technology all available. A partition has been constructed to separate the class from the rest of the hall space, allowing Fun Kids to still be accommodated before and after school. Fortunately, we are able to keep 3F in their classroom as this room escaped damage. There has been an unbelievable amount of hard work completed behind the scenes in relocating the rooms and I need to thank all the teachers and volunteers from other schools for making this happen, whilst managing online learning simultaneously. There is no doubt in my mind that our team here at Glenbrook is the absolute best. We look forward to seeing the children back on site tomorrow and thank you once again for your support. Kind regards Fran Campbell
