12.01.2022 Lets get real for a minute, Im never a complainer I get up and just get on with it, and over the last 3 years Ive grown an incredible Salon and incredible ...team . I have hand rolled little treats for your side plate, I have hand trained my beautiful Tribe I have used my Hands to create absolute masterpieces of Hair Art . But what I have also done is Hand raised my little humans built a house by hand (well my hubbies hands) I do my own taxes, Payroll I manage stock control, I navigate COVID, Marketing, I interview new staff, I ultimately run the whole business . As the salon and team have grown so have the needs of the business, it takes about 15 hours a week and that just the minimum tasks needed to keep the salon afloat . Those 15 hours are the hours that I choose the salon and say No to my kids, I say No to my hubby and I say No to myself . Im always planning and solving the next steps to the business, I love what I do and I love seeing all my beautiful guests everyday . Over the next 8 weeks you will find me mixing up my roll at the salon. Becoming my real CEO . Natalie will be retiring her scissors and doing COLOUR ONLY . Thats right. I am so excited to be able to continue to create the dreamy blondes and your melted brunettes, all whilst partnering with a brand new stylist to the salon .
