08.01.2022 This crow comes to you via satellite. The NBN Sky Muster satellite service was installed at Glenburn House today. The satellite's planetary orbit is coordinated with the earth's rotation. That means that until Sky Muster runs out of fuel in about 16 years, it will sit in geostationary orbit roughly above Broken Hill. So future crows, rosellas, lorikeets, choughs, king parrots, cockatoos and honey eaters will reach you rapidly.

01.01.2022 Local dams are overflowing after heavy rain this week. The overflow from our dam at Glenburn House runs into Wisemans Creek then into the Campbells River and Chifley Dam. Just before Bathurst the Fish River and the Campbells combine to become the Macquarie River which ends in the Macquarie Marshes west of Coonamble. The marshes drain into the Darling then the Murray and eventually into the Southern Ocean near Adelaide.
