24.01.2022 Time to stock up your freezers for the winter. We still have a few lambs left as either a whole or half for delivery 14 March. If youre interested get in quick as this will be the last delivery for a few months.

20.01.2022 Very exciting news tonight.........we have connected to NBN. Until today weve been relying on Mobile Braodband as there were no other options available to us. Finally we will have access to a reliable internet service and will be able to get our website up and running very soon which means simpler ordering and payment processes for you our customers as well as faster responses from us. 19.01.2022 We aptly named our most recent addition, purchased in late 2018, Big-Rig. He has a huge frame and is all muscle. His first lambs should be on the ground in the next 6 weeks and we cant wait to see what he produces. Big thank you to Robert and Toni Gilmore of Ardess Australian Whites

18.01.2022 Now for some more exciting news. On the weekend we welcomed our new Australian White Stud Ram, jointly purchased with Delbrook Farm, Yass River. A big thank you to Malcolm and Kerrie Plum of Kalnari Australian White Sheep Stud, Tarcutta NSW, who produced this 8mth old monster of a ram.

18.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of posts lately, its been a bit busy on the farm the last couple of weeks as weve started lambing and with barely any rain over summer weve had to start hand feeding. The next delivery of lambs is happening in just 2 days so for those recieving a delivery make sure youve emptied those freezers.

17.01.2022 Well....orders have been flying in and we havent even confirmed the delivery date, so thank you everyone. Were now able to confirm that the next lot of lambs will be available on Monday 14 March. For all of those that have indicated their interest I will be forwarding invoices this week. As we will have a larger number of lambs being butchered we will be unable to deliver to your door but instead will be arranging two locations for you to pickup from in Canberra (Goulburn deliveries will also be offered a local pickup point). Please be aware that Monday 14 March is a public holiday in Canberra.

12.01.2022 Afternoon everyone, Just a quick update for those that have ordered lamb. It is currently with the butcher and weve arranged for it to be hung a little longer, therefore delivery will occur on the afternoon of Monday 1 February. We will call each of you on the day to confirm approx delivery time but we expect all deliveries to occur between approximately 4.30-5.30pm. Hope youre all enjoying the rain as much as we are on the farm.

09.01.2022 Orders open now for late January delivery!!!! $130 half a lamb $240 whole lamb ... Unfortunately we arent able to have the lambs butchered and delivered before Australia Day as hoped but have arranged for a small mob of 5 to be butchered between Australia Day and the end of January with a delivery date around 29 Jan. Please Message us to place an order including whether youd like a half or whole. Please note payment must be made by 21 January for all orders. For anyone that misses out we will be offering larger numbers of lambs in mid/late February and are happy to take orders now for the February offering
