14.01.2022 Listen to your body.... I have been taking some well earned time out with my family. The last few months have been massive for me. Taking some time away from everyday life is a must, a reset so that I can continue to put in %. Missing our annual yearly holiday has been a shock to the system as many of you also are feeling it.... Sometimes I forget how much I do everyday being a mum of 2, Wifey, Spiritual antenna for my pop in guests and support pillar for all my wonderful clients. I tend to put myself last and don't like to let anyone down. Well it's time to practice what I preach, listen to my body and nurture myself.
