25.01.2022 7J are exploring the option of moving to Mars. They competed in an engineering challenge to build a heat shield to protect them when exiting the atmosphere. Their heat shield model needed to: only use materials supplied by your teacher have a maximum surface area of 20 cm x 20 cm be 10 cm from the hair dryer be 5 cm from the space probe... protect the chocolate from melting for 5 minutes It looks like some of our year 7s definitely have a future in engineering! #governmentschools #endeavourhills #greatschools #achieve #community #youcan #wecan #gleneaglessecondarycollege #purplepride
