25.01.2022 ******** SUMMER HOLIDAY DATES ******** only 2 spaces left in Christmas camp ( bookings in this camp are currently only open to regular Glenelg riders until 31/10) Beginners fun day dates are now posted & these days are open to anyone with or without any riding experience. We have a couple of other fun activities planned too. Stay tuned! Please contact Lisa on 0439457910 (8am-6pm) for a booking form or you can collect one in person when you are here for your lesson. Riders... must have a minimum of basic trot, canter & some jumping experience to attend camps. Riders with their own horses/ponies are welcome too. 23.01.2022 ****Christmas Camp update**** We are still hopeful of starting tomorrow as planned, our arena is good right now however it will depend on the weather in the morning. If we have torrential rain tomorrow we will postpone but if it is light or occasional showers we will go ahead. We have our new undercover area ready for lunch & stable management sessions Please send your children with at least one complete change of clothes, gum boots/Wellies, waterproof coat & a warm top. 16.01.2022 On the rare occasions we have to cancel lessons at short notice and you have a wasted journey we are very sorry but it sometimes is unavoidable. In the interest of safety under no circumstances will we risk riding if we determine any risk of a lightning strike to any of our riders, horses or staff if a storm blows up unexpectedly. So please don’t shoot us a rude message when we are out getting soaked, cold & dodging the lightning to care for the horses during storms- we can’t... control the weather & we will never compromise on your safety. We hope you understand sometimes the weather stops play despite our best efforts. Also a big Thankyou to those of you who did arrive tonight in good spirits & came and helped put tack away, put horses in/out, drained the arena off, fed carrots to our lovely ponies or just came in to say hello. we love to see you all. 13.01.2022 Camp update We are going start camp tomorrow (tuesday) and it will run until friday & the beginners day will move to either sunday or monday ( will confirm that shortly) Whilst the arena is currently good to ride on the radar isnt looking good for today & we dont want to risk the children getting flooded in here overnight (although im sure they would love an overnighter here .......)

Wear: full length strechy pants, jodphur boots or running shoes, top that covers shoulders (no singlets-long sleeve best for sun protection)... We have boots & helmets available for free use. 10.01.2022 Monday 5th October Gymkhana - riding at 9am sharp. Finish at 1pm. Please arrive with sufficient time to prepare your horse/pony. (Not before 8am tho). Best presented= clean tack, clean horse & rider. Feel free to match your horse/rider colours too. Riders must wear a safety vest for all games. Parents must remain with riders to supervise at all times, no drop and runs please. This is a competition not a lesson/clinic. All Events will be timed and run under rules. Rosette for all riders. Please ensure you have already paid your fee in advance or upon arrival before you are allocated a horse and have signed in all attendees (both riders and spectators must do this in accordance with our COVID safe plan)..
