25.01.2022 Well done Mark Bruggerman who was 8th in the points this year. A great result as Mark did not fly the full season due to holidays. Thanks also for being the MC last night.

24.01.2022 Well done to John-paul Nicoli who was 7th in the club points this year. Unfortunately John Paul has moved house so wont be racing at Glenelg next year we wish you all the best at your new club.

23.01.2022 Also congratulations to R Keszler who raced a few races this year and was 11th in the points and Ian Lucas who was 9th in the points both were not able to attend last.

23.01.2022 Some of the prize winning pigeons from the members at this years Royal Adelaide Show well done to everyone who put them in. A special mention should go to our BCH who is the Prize Pigeon in the show.

23.01.2022 Catching up with letting everyone know the club results for last weeks races from The Twins Open first was Tom Tirrell which was also second in the Southern Fed. Second was the partnership of John Crummey and Michael Donnellan which was also 5th in the Fed result and third was Andrew Scerri well done all.

21.01.2022 Well done to the team of Crummey and Donnellan who were Third in Overall club points this year. Here they are collecting their prizes for the year.

21.01.2022 A few young birds to race this year from one of our members. Good luck all for the upcoming season starting towards the end of May.

21.01.2022 In the race on the weekend for the Hamilton SAD young birds were only allowed to be sent Mark Bruggemann was 1st also 2nd in the Fed and 13th SAHPA owners first bird result. 2nd was John Crummey and Michael Donnellan which was all good enough for 3rd in the Fed and 23rd SAHPA owners first bird. In 3rd we had one of our small team flyers in Grant Sheehan which was also 5th in the Fed. Well done to all place getters.

20.01.2022 From last weeks race from Keith the second race on the east line Mark Bruggerman was first and Mark Coates was second and Stu Hodgson was third. Well done all.

19.01.2022 I am finally getting around to putting up the clubs results for the Lyndhurst Young Bird race on the 20th of July. First was the partnership John Crummey and Michael Donnellan which also got them to 12th in the SAHPA owners first bird result second was Tom Tirrell and in third place was Troy Tirrell well done all.

19.01.2022 This weekend we had our race from Edenhope roughly 333 Km from out lofts and the winner was Mark Bruggemann and second was the partnership of John Crummey & Michael Donnellan and third place was Mark Coates well done again.

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Tom Tirrell who was fifth in the club points. Also to Grant Sheehan who races at Toms loft with a small team who was 10th in the points.

18.01.2022 In the first race this weekend from Marla the clubs owners had some very good results. These being Stu Hodgson who was 1st in the club and 2nd in the Fed as well as 6th SAHPA open clocking result. This bird was closely followed by only 12 seconds belonged to Andrew Scerri therefore being 2nd in the club 3rd in the Fed and 7th SAHPA open clocking result. In 3rd place we had Mark Bruggemann being obliviously 3rd club 5th Fed and 12th SAHPA open clocking result. Well done on some top results.

18.01.2022 In the other race today there were a couple good results for the club, first was the partnership of John Crummey and Michael Donnellan (in the photo)which in the overall owners first bird result was second. Second in the club was Mark Bruggemann which was also seventh in the overall owners first bird result and new flyer to the club Andrew Scerrie was third which again was 20th in the overall owners first bird result. A great result for all and From all reports everyone had good returns so well done.

18.01.2022 On the weekend the birds raced from Cadgee south east of Adelaide for the last club race. The birds were brought back from Edenhope due to fog and due to this the birds were brought back to get away from it. First place was gained by Mark Bruggemann then Troy Tirrell was second and John Crummey and Michael Donnellan where third. From all reports everyone had good returns so well done all

17.01.2022 Here we have Stu Hodgson picking up his awards that helped him gain 6th in the club points. Thanks for organizing all the certificates and trophies you did a great job once again.

15.01.2022 Congratulations to John Crummey who put the Champion Pigeon in the Royal Show for the Club. In the photo he is holding the prize winner.

15.01.2022 On the weekend the Long Distance Club in the SAHPA had the annual race from Alice Springs a distance of around 1332 km to our lofts with 2 members from Glenelg competing these being Troy Tirrell whos bird finished 69th out of the 214 sent, and John Crummey and Michael Donnellan finished 91st. Although both were a little behind both members were happy to see them home and they are hoping for higher results next year.

14.01.2022 Well from todays race from Hawker number 2 the winner was Mark Bruggerman who beat Troy Tirrell who was second and third was Mark Coates who beat the partnership of Crummey and Donnellan by 4 seconds well done all.

13.01.2022 Another person not in the photos is Graham Goodrich who gained 2nd in the points this year he was always hard to beat, well done on a great year. The reason there is no photo is due to him doing a great job cooking the BBQ.

12.01.2022 In the second race this weekend from Coober Pedy again we had some very good results. In 1st place we had our small team flyer Grant Sheehan his bird also came 1st in the Fed, 1st in the Vin Blanden nominated bird and 15th SAHPA open clocking result. 2nd was Mark Bruggemann which was also 2nd in the Fed and 23rd SAHPA open clocking. 3rd was Troy Tirrell as well as coming 3rd Fed and 29th SAHPA open clocking. In the Coober Pedy Cock bird special race, a good result for Tom Tirrell who had birds placed 8th, 12th and 13th in the open clocking result. Well done everyone on some great results this weekend for both the birds and owners.

12.01.2022 In the first race this week from Hamilton Open roughly 430km from our lofts we had Mark Bruggemann in 1st place which was also 1st in the Fed and 21st SAHPA owners first bird. Second was Mark Coates which was also 3rd in the Fed and 28th SAHPA owners first bird, and then 3rd club was Troy Tirrell.

11.01.2022 In todays race from Lyndhurst, Mark Bruggemann won the club which was also 1st in the southern fed and 10th SAHPA (owners first bird) his bird flying the 521.6km in 8 hours 23 minutes and 39 seconds. Second in the club was Troy Tirrell also 4th southern fed and third in the club was Mark & Jenna Coates which was also 5th in the southern fed. Well done all

10.01.2022 On the weekend we had the first of the SAHPA races from Lyndhurst and again we had a couple of good results in the results. First in the club was Dan Barton which was also good enough to get 1st in the Fed result and 3rd in the SAHPA owners first result. Second was Andrew Scerri which also gained 4th in the Fed and 8th in the SAHPA owners first bird, Third in the club was Mark Bruggemann. From all reports everyone had good returns which is good well done to everyone until next weekend when we race again.

09.01.2022 Catching up for the last few weeks so from the first Hawker first was the team of Crummey and Donnellan second was Tom Tirrell and third was Stu Hodgson. On the same weekend in the race from Tintinara Stu Hodgson was first Mark Coates was second and Troy Tirrell was third.

09.01.2022 First race of the season today from Stirling North only had 4 people racing so a slow start but in the next few weeks more of us will be on board. The winner today was Ian Lucas second Troy Tirrell and third was Crummey and Donnellan well done all

09.01.2022 From the race on the 17th of August which was from Coober Pedy we had Mark Bruggemann finish 1st in the club which was also 3rd in the Fed and 13th SAHPA owner first bird results. 2nd was Troy Tirrell which was also 5th Fed and 21st SAHPA owners first bird result then in third place we had Tom Tirrell which was also 9th in the Fed result. Well done to everyone.

09.01.2022 In one of the races today from Keith the result was 1st Stu Hodgson which was also 21st in the state in the owners first bird result, second was Troy Tirrell and third was Mark Bruggemann well done all.

07.01.2022 Second race for the season today which was from Carrieton where we had 6 flyers competing, and a couple of members doing well in the overall result. This week Stu Hodgson was first (in his first race for the year) and was 9th in the SAHPA in owners first bird. Closely followed by Troy Tirrell in second which came to 11th in the SAHPA and third again was the team of Crummey and Donnellan. All members reported good returns so well done all and have a good week, until next time.

07.01.2022 Another race we had last week was also from The Twins 5 Bird Special in this race Stu Hodgson was 1st which was also 1st in the Southern Fed and also 25th SAHPA owners first bird. 2nd was John Crummey and Michael Donnellan which was also 3rd in the Fed and 29th SAHPA owners first bird, and 3rd was Tom Tirrell which was also 4th in the Fed. Great racing by everyone.

06.01.2022 TD & JS Tirrell (Troy) were 1st in the club points well done on a good year.

05.01.2022 Last weekend from the Marree Sires Produce race we had 2 members lofts racing with both getting birds in the results. In 20th place we had the partnership of John Crummey and Michael Donnellan clocking on the second day. In 2nd place overall was Troy Tirrell (below picture) with only 2 birds home on the night it was a great thrill. The bird below is the second arrived bird at 5.58pm and was beaten by 37 seconds so it was a close between the two on the night. Well done to everyone that got birds home.

03.01.2022 Well done to M & J Coates for having a great finish to the racing year and gaining 4th in the club points. Also thanks to Mark and Narelle Coates for letting use your backyard for the annual presentation again.

01.01.2022 Well done to all our club members who helped us win the Champion club in the SARPF or Southern Fed. I think we are all breeding at the moment trying to get more champions for next year to hopefully win this again and more races next year.
