10.01.2022 A bit about us: Gleneva Trufferies is a family owned business based in Orange, New South Wales. With the orchard industry in decline the family decided to diversify into the, then, new industry of French Black Truffles in 2002 with the planting of 3,000 oak and hazelnut trees across 5 hectares. After several years of trial and error the truffiere now produces around 300kg per year of quality French Black Truffles (Tuber melanosporum) which are sold both domestically and prior to covid 19 to the export market).
