Including a variety of fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds legumes and grains, omega 3 from foods such as fish, and natural probiotics found in foods such as yoghurt have all been shown to assist in providing diversity in our gut microbiome which may assist in improving our mood and reduce risks of depression and anxiety developing. Additionally an increase in omega 3's in our dietary intake could improve our brain functions and again assist in reducing the risk of depression and anxiety. Psychology and dietetic appointments can still be conducted through telehealth. We appreciate your patience as our receptionists work on rescheduling your appointments.
