22.01.2022 Hi all. As of this weekend, we will be closing at 2pm on Saturdays.

22.01.2022 Just in time for Mother's Day we have a limited number of handmade scented candles for sale. We have 1 small Angle Kiss, 1 small Lemongrass, 2 small Sandalwood, 3 small Champagne and Strawberry, and 1 large Sweet Lemongrass. These candles smell divine.

22.01.2022 Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Have a safe and magical break if you are lucky enough to have one. Be kind and grateful to those who are not.

22.01.2022 UPDATE- male has been returned still missing female Last night we came home to find 2 puppies missing from our pen. We were gone from our property between 8pm ...and 10:15pm so have gone missing in this time. Our neighbour saw a suspicious car slowly driving down our private driveway in between this time and all puppies were secured in a pen so we are inclined to believe they have been stolen. A male (pick of the litter) and a female. They are only 6 weeks old and still needing their mother. They are booked into the vet tomorrow so havent even been vaccinated or had their final worming. We are completely devastated these were our 2 puppies to keep as our own pets so we are asking for anyone with information to get in contact with us ASAP. We are happy to compensate anyone who was able to bring us info that will lead us to them. If you have the puppies we are offering an amnesty period with no repercussions. We are heartbroken and just want our babies home so please everyone share this around and get in contact if you know anything See more

Our shop enjoys loads of local traffic as... well as a steady stream of tourists straight off the Spirit of Tasmania. In fact, with the Visitor Information map right out the front, we are often the first place they stop! Would you like to come on board? 01.01.2022 NRM North's Biodiversity Coordinator Joanna Lyall has been offered, and accepted, a PhD candidature with UTAS to undertake a research project on eastern barred ...bandicoot (EBB). Under the supervision of Associate Professor Menna Jones, and in partnership with NRM North, West Tamar Landcare, Tasmanian Land Conservancy, and UTAS, this research will improve knowledge of EBB habitat usage and populations in the target areas for NRM North's EBB project. Jo will commence her PhD studies in early October. Still, we are lucky to have her continued involvement with the project, albeit through UTAS. We want to thank Joanna who has had a busy and productive stint as Biodiversity Coordinator. Please join us in congratulating Jo on her new adventure. In the meantime, recruitment for a Biodiversity Coordinator to manage the EBB project is in progress. #easternbarredbandicoot West Tamar Landcare Inc. Tasmanian Land Conservancy
