25.01.2022 This roof was leaking because no back tray had been installed - causing significant rust. We replaced the entire roof using 18m long Zinc sheets and it came up a dream Swipe to see the original damaged roof. @ Croydon, Victoria, Australia

23.01.2022 It’s all in the detail we’ve just fit off this bathroom and we are loving the gold tapware. Efficiency Building Group Swipe to see the before shot. @ Glen Iris, Victoria

16.01.2022 Leaking penetration around the flue - we installed a new back tray with a new rubber dektite to fix the problem. This could have caused significant damage to the plaster but we caught it just in time! @ Glen Iris, Victoria

15.01.2022 We attended this property in Prahran to inspect a down pipe that was being repeatedly blocked with leaves. This was causing water to overflow into the property. To remedy this we installed a rainhead and a leaf eater to prevent the drain from blocking again. @ Prahran, Victoria

14.01.2022 Today we were on site at a new build in Bentleigh East to do a routine inspection on all drains to confirm no pipes had been broken. This can be done either before or after the concrete slab goes down depending on the builder’s preference. Broken pipes can commonly occur at this stage of a new build so we want to ensure that there will be no issues down the track for both the builder and the home owner @ Bentleigh East, Victoria

09.01.2022 We attended this site to clear a blockage in a drain- located using our CCTV camera. To clear the blockage we used our high pressure jet - however one stubborn object would not budge. We decided to cut up the concrete slab that was covering the drain in order to get to the mystery item- here we discovered a Stanley knife was causing an obstruction Once we removed the knife from the drain we repaired the concrete slab so that it was back to its original state @ Croydon, Victoria, Australia
