12.01.2022 I've recently been developing a series of "games" that I play with my students to help lay musical foundations. Play Me A Zoo (scales made fun!) Play Me A Word (did you know you can spell words on the piano!) Follow My Lead and my favourite Piano Tennis (a fun game that helps students learn how to find notes quickly on the piano without looking at their own hands).... What's been fun is that I've been able to use these games with students who have different learning styles.

10.01.2022 I've lost count of the number of times people have said they wish they hadn't given up piano when they were younger... If only they had a teacher who took the time to understand how their students learnt and adapted lessons to engage them. #studyyourstudents
