25.01.2022 This time last year we were on the way home from Bendigo Sheep & Wool show proud as punch after a massive weekend. Our young shorn ewe came home with Junior Champion Border Leicester Ewe, Champion Border Leicester Ewe and then went on to win Supreme Longwool Exhibit. It is one of the best results we have ever had and it’s something I’ll never forget. It’s a shame we couldn’t be there again this year.

24.01.2022 Lambing 2020 has starting this morning with the AI ewes to kick things away first up. This set of twin ram lambs are out of a maiden ewe out of Coolawang 3/10 who was purchased in 2011 for $6500 at the Horsham Border Leicester show & sale. This ram will throw thickness and style back into our retallack blood daughters.

23.01.2022 2 hours later we managed to move our AI mob that have been busy lambing this week around the house up the road 500 metres to a fresh paddock. It has been a fantastic result this year with a 70% AI take and 165% live lambs on the ground. We can’t wait to see these 110 lambs at weaning time.

04.01.2022 Introducing Glenlee Park Tobin Bronze 42/19. This ram is named after a horse that my Grandfather Mick had a lot to do with and trained in the 1960s winning multiple big races including a Caulfield cup, Cox plate and Mackinnon stakes to name a few. Mick states that he was the best horse he has ever seen in his training career. We here at Glenlee Park think he is the best ram we have ever bred and look forward to using him extensively in stud. Semen will be collected and will be available.
