25.01.2022 PLAYERS NEEDED We have been blown away by the amount of registrations we have received, especially with the large numbers of boys joining for summer comp. All players are welcome to register and play for our Club however we are putting a call out for any girls who would like to play as we have spots on teams that are available.... 21.01.2022 At the end of training the kids get the opportunity to turn the tables on the coach who has just made them work for the past hour. They each get one 3 point attempt each and for every one that goes on the coach has to do a number of reps or seconds of a particular physical exercise of the kids choosing. However, the coaches get 1 chance to get out of it and turn the exercise back on the kids by making 1 shot from 1 attempt from halfway. 17.01.2022 TRAINING AT PCYC PENRITH With pre season training underway and things ever changing with Covid restrictions, we wanted to give a reminder about attending training and being Covid Safe whilst at PCYC. Any participant that is feeling sick or unwell needs to exclude themselves.... On entry into PCYC, you are required to sign in the participant and they need to have their temperature checked before entering the hall. GPBC will keep a register of all participants. No more than 30 people are allowed in the hall at one time and no spectators can stay in the hall or foyer area. GPBC will supply hand sanitiser and sanitizer wipes for equipment to be sanitized before entering the hall for all participants.
