14.01.2022 So with just over 24hours until our draft kicks off, here are a few things to remember if you are attending our event this weekend: - no one is permitted to arrive/enter the grounds prior to 3pm on Friday 2/10/2020. - Entry/exit is via the gate on Methuen S - you MUST use this gate for our sign in/out purposes. - Reminder there is no food/bar Friday night. Meals available from Bottle Tree Inn, reservations essential! - Non-Campers/Spectators are to park outside of the campd...raft grounds, parking available opposite grounds. - Health Declarations MUST be filled on the day - NO social media/photos - There MUST be AT LEAST 15m between each campsite. - Remember to BYO chair! Everyone is to be seated while in the bar area! - Social Distancing of 1.5m is compulsory - If there is no one at the gate when you arrive, please immediately go to the bar/canteen area to sign in - You MUST have a wristband to be in attendance at our event; you will receive one when you sign in on arrival! - You MUST be a current financial member of ACA to ride!
