20.01.2022 A great few days spent at the GVRHA Buckle up and Slide Reining Show. Congratulations to all the competitors and thank you to the Committee and helpers for all their tireless work and to all the generous sponsors. Special mention to all my Team members that competed, congratulations to Ashley Williams on his new Pb of 70.5 to win the Novice Horse L1 and L2 and to be co champions with Rita in the Limited Non Pro and Reserve in the Prime Time... 5 Buckles in a row, an achieveme...nt to be proud of Ash ! To Tara on her win in the RA Green Rider L2, 5th in the GV Green Rider and getting her lead changes to secure a 4th in the Rookie L1 Class To Kay, you and Rose are really coming together nicely, well done on your reserve place in the Rookie L1, 3rd in the Rookie L2 and 3rd in the Prime Time. Julie and Carolynn, you both had some great moments over the few days out there in the pen, you both ran to your stops and slid beautifully, be exciting to watch when it all comes together for you on the day. Congratulations to Belinda on your first show on your new boy, I'm really looking forward to your journey over the next year, great things to come for you both I'm sure. 12.01.2022 A great couple of days spent at the VRHA State show at Werribee, well done to my team that went out and competed, Kay, Tara, Vicki, Julie, Ashley and Carolyn, you all put in a great effort out there and I couldn't be prouder ! Congratulations to Kay who came 4th in the Rookie Level 1 and 3rd in the Rookie Level 2. A Big Congratulations to Ashley Williams who had a great run in the Limited Non Pro to win his first ever Buckle and then go on the next day to win the Rookie L1 and L2 collecting 2 more buckles, with his wife Carolyn being the reserve champion in the Rookie L2 and coming 3rd in the L1. Also thanks to Kylie for coming out and supporting your team, looking forward to seeing you out there on your boy soon.
