I first learned of Wim Hof and his superhuman abilities about 10 years ago, but only recently have I taken his teachings on board with cold exposure and deep breathing. If you're wanting to push yourself past anything you've ever experienced (both mentally and physically), I'd highly recommend his fundamentals course....
