06.01.2022 Had a great meeting of minds today at Alkalizer Cafe, where we practiced physical distancing. Our discussion focused on what to do in these anxious times. For individuals we can; 1.set up a CALM ENVIRONMENT at home with quiet spaces, e.g. supportive fragrances and oils, 2.BECOME AWARE with facts about the situations emerging, not rely on opinion or media hype, 3. STAY CONNECTED to others via social media, skype or phone calls when in isolation, to help with keeping perspectiv...e and positive talk amongst ourselves. Use of positive affirmations helps keep us from being negative and afraid. For businesses; 1. ADAPT to the changes for how to deliver services and products to loyal customers, 2.INNOVATE with new approaches to delay costs and spread them across the next couple of months if creditors will allow some negotiation. Banks have recently suggested they will do this, 3. CHANGE how we do business to match customers who cant come to us e.g. home delivery, on-line communications etc. or even purchase of prepaid certificates to use/redeem when this is over. In short; be AWARE, be SUPPORTIVE and above all be KIND to each other. See more

03.01.2022 I am wanting to share ideas on "self-care" during these tough times. I know many of you have great ideas and useful strategies that we can all try. Here a few of mine but please post yours in a reply below so others can also try them. ME; 1. Read a good book, like "The Time Machine" 2. Phone a friend or skype with family who are in isolation, they will love the connection, especially those who usually live alone and are usually out and about in the community. 3. best of all - continue to pursue your hopes, dreams, and goals - these are important to living a life full of joy and love to share with others.
