07.01.2022 With the COVID restrictions starting to ease we’d like to take a moment to thank our trades, suppliers and clients for your many efforts and consideration over the last few months. The apprehension when this all began created an ever present anxiety for many. Not knowing if work would continue or how to adhere to the ever changing recommendations and rules took its toll on many. Thankfully the HIA was on to it as efficiently as possible and we were able to set up unpreced...ented site safety measures. Our clients made selections at a rapid pace whilst our suppliers worked overtime to ensure goods would still be available to continue works in the months ahead. Some questioned why construction was considered an essential service including many tradesmen who were concerned for the health of their families, employees and the broader community. We realised just how many families have a member with an underlying health condition and everyone entering the site was asked for the first time if they really wanted to be there and if they didn’t feel ok for any reason that they could leave with dignity. Not a single person left! So thank you for the support... for showing up each day, for asking how we were going with it all, for sharing your concerns and listening to ours, for making the choices that has kept the work progressing for all of us. Our thoughts go out to those who have who have sacrificed their incomes, their future works, their social lives, their everyday freedoms to keep us all safe. Thank you! Thank you to all the essential services and frontline workers. It’s working so let’s stay vigilant. Now that restrictions are easing we’ll change the safety signage as necessary. For the moment all will stay the same on site. We encourage all to download the Covid Safe App. It will help to keep our sites and our families safe. Wash hands on arrival and before departure. Physical distances 1.5m Most importantly if your feeling unwell... stay at home. If you have had contact with someone who is unwell... stay at home. Get tested and help keep everyone safe and well. With our highest regard and appreciation Glenn and Liza

01.01.2022 Casino Christian School is a non-Government Christian school located in North Casino, New South Wales, providing education to boys and girls from Kindergarten t...o Year 12. As a rural school with an evolving new look, this contemporary design by Richard Lutze and Associates captures the imagination and creates an uplifting learning environment for students and teachers. The emerging design signals a change from the laid-back feel of this school, to a new dynamic, a creative and prosperous school ready and willing to embrace the science and technological revolution in the school system. A new Science building with classrooms and a laboratory manages to sit comfortably in this open rural environment, while also projecting a sense of dynamic learning into the school community. The building has been designed with modern conveniences while also ensuring a sustainable passive layout, with large openable areas facing north overlooking rural vistas, providing good natural light and ventilation to the classrooms and laboratory through the use of Breezway Louvre Windows. Internally, the design layout and design techniques, along with the latest state-of-art fixtures, fittings and finishes have been used to create a user-friendly science building to help excel the learning and teaching for those who occupy it. The result is a credit to the Casino Christian School’s Science Faculty who were involved in the design and consultation of the building with Richard Lutze and Associates. https://www.breezway.com.au//casino-christian-school-scie/ Building Designer: Richard Lutze RLA Building Design
