09.01.2022 Firstly, thank you to our customers and suppliers for being so understanding during this time. This is all new for us so we are doing the very best we can. Changes effective immediately - We will be closed on Monday nights ... - ALL payments for pick up and delivery MUST be made over the phone. - We know this will make calls longer but it is imperative that we limit the use of cards. (Order online for quick payment) - NO CASH payments - ALL online orders pick up and delivery will be paid for online. - ALL our deliveries will become NO CONTACT deliveries, drivers will place orders in a safe place, return to their car and phone you to advise your order has been delivered. - ALL our pick up orders will become NO CONTACT pick ups, customers will need to remain in their car whilst their order is being prepared. Once the order is ready staff will open the front door and call out the name to hand over to customers as quickly as possible. - This means, our FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED to prevent customers from entering the shop. No exceptions. This situation seems to be changing each day and we don’t know how our business will be impacted but trust that we are making every effort to ensure Glenorie Pizzeria, our team, and our customers are protected as much as possible. 08.01.2022 Hi all, Just an update to our wonderful customers on what Glenorie Pizzeria is doing during the COVID-19 crisis. - Hygiene in the store is always a priority however we have advised our team to take extra precautions in ensuring that we keep a clean and safe environment for our customers but also our team. ... - If any of our customers are feeling unwell or have been exposed to the virus, please refrain from coming into the shop. Give us a call and we will organise delivery to you, we can also leave this in a designated spot for your convenience. - All deliveries must be paid for over the phone until further notice. Our drivers will not carry any cash. - All online orders will have to paid for prior to pick up or delivery. - We will not be allowing ‘eat in’ service at the moment. Deliveries and pick up only. This is an evolving situation and we are taking the advice from the NSW and Federal Government. As you can imagine, it is very touch and go at the moment and we as a small, locally owned business are doing our best to remain open and continue to provide a high level of service to our community. This will be a new trial for Glenorie Pizzeria as we have never traded on a Monday night before, so if you love it, let us know! Monday night will be pick up only, we can’t wait to see your faces in store

06.01.2022 DID YOU KNOW? Our PIZZA’S can be frozen and reheated! Allow our pizza’s to cool after cooking, seal in cling wrap or air tight container. Upon reheating we recommend heating in the oven to maintain that delicious crispiness! We are also happy to supply our classic garlic breads fresh if you wish to take home and freeze, just in case we go into full lock down! We can survive without many things, but is not one of them!
