20.01.2022 We love the new garden signs from Woodpatch House and Garden! There is nothing better than seeing all the little ones outside, running around and just being kids, especially during school holidays with such nice weather! Though we can’t keep our gardens nice if there are 100’s of kids running in amongst the plants all week long. That’s why we have such a nice big field and playground especially for them. We have added these signs to the garden as a friendly and subtle reminder to please keep out. After all, we wouldn’t want them gobbled up by the Glenorie Gnomes

16.01.2022 A lot has come out of the year 2020. Apart from COVID some great things have been happening all around. Working from home, spending less on petrol, family bonding time, lets not forget 'House Party' and some serious revisiting of hobbies - we completely forgot how fun it is to renovate - which brings me to my next one, THE BACKYARD at Glenorie RSL! Although it has been a rather poor year, on the scale of fun years, it hasn't been all bad and we are keen to give it the final Hoorah it deserves. Glenorie RSL is having a NYE party in The Backyard, featuring all your favourite covers from The Extractors and Double Vision! So join us as we pop the champers and celebrate what’s left of this year and then boot it out and welcome 2021 with arms wide open!

Bookings have gone up to 30, you no longer have to be a member if you live out of the 5km radius of Glenorie RSL, the playground is finally open (with rules) AND Amy Salmon is playing in the Backyard from 6pm this Friday night. 04.01.2022 Glenorie’s afternoon ANZAC Day service starts at 3:15pm tomorrow, make sure you get here early to check in and find a good spot!

04.01.2022 The moment you've all been waiting for.... The Playground is open! Before you let your little munchkins loose here are some new rules The playground and grassed area is a no food or drink zone. Adults are permitted in these areas, but must be seated. Children must be under supervision at all times and you will need to do this from your table, or the seating provided as per the ‘no standing’ rule. Also, we have relaxed our members only rule. We are now accepting visitors who live over 5km from the club.

Unfortunately due to the 4spm COVID-19 ruling, it isn't able to be held at Glenorie RSL, BUT it will be returning next year! Glenorie Community Carols 2020 Celebrating everything about Christmas, join us.... Les Shore Reserve, Old Northern Rd, Glenorie 6pm Sunday 20th December. Bring your picnic rug, your favourite food and drink, your family and join in the fun of carols. You will enjoy the Matt Moody Jazz Band, local singers and artists and of course Santa.
