25.01.2022 A couple of small snippets from GlenOwen Grand Slam on the weekend at Boneo. My boy was on his very best behaviour and put in a solid effort is his first novice tests with 65.98% in the 2A and 68.5% in the 2B. 25.01.2022 What a great end to the year at beautiful Wallaby Hill! Cody was a superstar finishing 8th in the CCI3* L, only adding a little time and a rail to our dressage score. Huge thank you to my class sponsors OTTO Sport Australia and to Alex Townsend for inviting us to her amazing property. I was very lucky to have the help of Kylie Pedder, Chelsea Priestley, Mum and Dad to make sure Charlie was thoroughly loved and entertained all weekend. My wonderful husband, who not only lets me disappear with Charlie most weekends, but also does the rest of the horse feeding while I’m away. My mum (Debbie Robinson) and mother in law (Elna Jensen). Both these lovely ladies helped me purchase Cody and I’m very grateful. They also babysit Charlie during the week and at events while I’m riding. 23.01.2022 A bit of sand dancing on the weekend with one of our homebred horses GlenOwen Grand Slam. He was a little star bringing home a 2nd and 3rd in the Preliminary 1b and 1c. 19.01.2022 Sand dancing today was... interesting. Valenthyme (Cody) and I had our first crack at medium and apart from some incredibly exuberant flying changes (Cody takes the flying part very seriously) we did quite well. I was thrilled that Cody is starting to feel much more rideable in his tests. Unfortunately Cody’s silly rider forgot to gear check for the first test which resulted in elimination No horsey pictures today but here is a shot of Charlie and I rugged up at Werribee,... courtesy of my Aunty Jayne who was Chief Charlie watcher for the day. 18.01.2022 Another fun day of sand dancing on the weekend at the Dancng Horse Winter Dressage Championships at Boneo. Cody (Valenthyme) and I were both feeling a little rusty in our first test, but were much more settled in the second test for 65.278% in the 3a. 17.01.2022 Great weekend in sunny Goulburn for the NSW eventing championships at Lynton! Cody was a star for me in 3* producing a lovely dressage test leaving us in 9th place. A rail in Showjumping and a clear cross country round with some nanna points left us in 18th out of a big field or 40 riders. I’m seriously having so much fun riding my beautiful boy and feel very lucky to have him. I’m also very lucky that both Charlie’s grandmas came along to support me and look after Charlie... so I can keep doing what I love. 15.01.2022 On the weekend we made the trip to Mt Gambier horse Trials for perfect going and our first run back at 3*. Congratulations to all involved for a really well run event and a great cross country course. It was clear a lot of work had gone in Valenthyme was super all weekend starting with a PB in the dressage. He felt great cross country, unfortunately I’m still a tiny bit rusty and we had a glance off a skinny early in the course. We finished with a nice sj round, just dro...pping the last rail. Not in the placings, but I still am so greatful to be able to get back out there on my beautiful boy who looks after me so well. Charlie was also a little star, taking everything in his stride and enjoying his weekend with the gals. It was grandmas weekend off so Kylie Pedder and Chelsea Priestly were Charlie’s leading ladies with some extra help from Sue McDermott, Georgia Spangaro and Alice Embery. Thanks ladies!! 11.01.2022 I’m pretty lucky to have some awesome friends who are amazing riders! So while I’m cooking my bub Kylie Pedder is keeping JayBee Artiste B (owned by Millie Ritchie and Fenella Cameron) in winning condition. Clever Kylie took out both Novice classes at the Yarra Valley Dressage Club Official dressage competition today. Thanks for giving him a great ride Kylie, and good boy Arthur for behaving so well

09.01.2022 Felt so fantastic to be back out on Valenthyme (Cody) over the weekend at Friends of Werribee Horse Trials. It’s been a year for me and 18 months for him. We competed in the CCN S1* and Cody felt great, winning the dressage on 28.6, show jumping clear and just adding .8 time penalties in cross country. We finished 8th with our 10 points added for riding down. Charlie was also little star all weekend, easily occupied with the much appreciated help of grandma (Debbie Robinson).... 08.01.2022 Pretty excited to cheer these two on next week at Melbourne Three Day! GlenOwen Greyzing is one of our homebred babies and the first to compete this level. He is being expertly piloted by Chelsea Priestly who took over the ride at the beginning of the year while I’ve been out of action.

04.01.2022 I takes a pretty special horse to be three different riders horse of a life time I was very lucky to spend 10 years with this guy and even luckier to watch him teach two other people everything he knew. Such an honest gentle horse who gave me opportunities I had only dreamt about. Justice was lucky to go to two different 5* homes after I had him where Lucerne hay, carrots and liquorice flowed freely. 03.01.2022 Valenthyme (Cody) was an absolute star on the weekend at Avenel Horse Trials. He lead from the start with a dressage score of 30.7penalties. We added nothing to that score (yes the rider finally went fast) and took out the 3* class. Thank you to the Goulburn Valley Horse Trials committee for such and enjoyable and well run event. 03.01.2022 Yet another great night - a huge thank you to everyone who attended our latest Client Information Evening including the sponsors Boeringer, Pryde’s and the Emer...ald feed store. Also a huge thank you to Dr Nerida Richards for her very informative and interactive nutrition talk. We had over 120 attendees receiving great feed back and support about the night.
