25.01.2022 Friday flashback... 5 years ago off to Wff State figure bodybuilding competition. I was set to compete in the Masters catergory but last week of prep ended up ...Competing in athletic class under guidance of coach Glen Purtel I won my class, however I was pipped by Ali Keating for the overall... probably one of the best experiences as far as challenges leading up to the day breaking through my threshold and limiting beliefs. I believe this was my best condition ever at age 44. The friendships formed are enduring from many amazing women.
