Nothing like a feed and a drink at the local Great atmosphere, friendly service, cold beer and delicious menu selection. Happy days! PS. The Pork Belly was delicious too

13.01.2022 What do you camp in? Over the weekend we got ourselves a new to us caravan! It gots us thinking about all the variations we have had over the years .......and we counted 17 different campers, vans, Motorhomes, campertrailers from old to brand spanking new. Add in the various tents and swags over the years and what we know is it doesn’t matter what we are in - we are just happy to be camping!!! ... What do you camp in? Show us a pic of yours!

10.01.2022 Day Trip Adventure My sister and nephews are visiting and we decided to road trip to the Red Stag Deer and Emu Farm to feed the animals and have morning tea! Spectacular scenery, lovely scones and jam, great coffee and lots of fun feeding the animals. So much fun! Perfect short road trip adventure from the park.

08.01.2022 There were more than 20+ Turquoise parrots feeding on the grasslands next to Glenrowan Caracan park. This seems to be the best place to photograph Turquoise parrots having missed number of opportunities in Griffith and Binya

07.01.2022 Some of our Bush friends With our natural bush setting, we are lucky to be able to see some of the native wildlife up close! So beautiful to sit and watch the Roos in the paddock or go for a wander around the park to discover the many birds. You just never know what else you might see! ... I’ve only seen 2 goannas since I’ve been here....or maybe it’s the same one

06.01.2022 YAY! Well done Melbourne! You did it ....Legends!!! We can’t wait to welcome you back to the park and our beautiful region now that the ring of steel is down! Today, my boys took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked up Mt Glenrowan. It’s a 9km return walk offering amazing views. The first bit to the communication towers is the steepest, then it is classed as an easy to moderate walk. ... It’s the perfect time of year to be hiking through the Warby Ovens National Park- not too hot and there is also heaps of birds and wildflowers about. (Not that my boys would’ve noticed ) You can even see the park from the top! We only have a few sites available for next weekend. Let me know if you would like one See you soon

01.01.2022 Back to School ....again! School from home has been a tough gig for many......but we’ve made it We loved having the kids home and have made some great family memories. School work however has been a hard slog. ... We are going to miss the kids hanging around the park, but super excited for them also. Never seen them keener to go to school! Tomorrow might be a different story Happy Days
