13.01.2022 The 4 year old group went for a community outing ( walk) yesterday. During the walk the children learned, observed and sighted lots of things. Here are some of what they said : I saw bees getting nectar from the red flowers to make honey= respect for natural environment there was some people on wheelchairs= respect for others and the wider community ... we have to hold hands while walking = taking increasing care of themselves and others look out for cars before we crossed the road= road safety the gum tree for Spike ( our leaf insect)= caring for the natural environment my sister’s school = connection to the wider community See more
