19.01.2022 Glentra House Advice - Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) The novel coronavirus is a unique challenge and we have been taking extra measures to assist with prevention of further spread of the virus. We have removed the toys and magazines from the clinic and waiting room, so please feel free to bring one or two of your childs own toys/books.... If you would like to wait in your car until your appointment time, please let us know when you are here then we can call you to say that we are ready for you to come in. All surfaces are regularly wiped down with disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitiser at the front desk and anti-bacterial hand wash in the bathroom. Please use the hand dryer or allow hands to air dry. We will constantly be following the guidance of government agencies to determine whether the clinic will remain open. If you are unwell in any way, are displaying signs or have signs or symptoms of the coronavirus, such as sore throat, fever, cough or recent onset headache, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you have returned from overseas (any country) within the last 2 weeks, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you have been in contact with anyone who has been unwell, please call to reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fees over the next fortnight. Our primary concern is the safety of all patients of the clinic and the potential for further spread of the virus.
