24.01.2022 We'll all be needing a little bit of this as the weather cools down... Beach Yoga - Straddie will be running classes at 8am starting this Saturday 25th June and... continuing for a further 2 Saturday's during school holidays. This is a great class for everyone, young or not so young :) The theme during the holidays is "Reset your thermostat" ...
