The Hughes Brothers or Hubro's, Tim and Duncan, named their cafe as a tribute to their great Grandfather & Great Uncle. The hard working brothers, John and Bill, arrived as young boys in Australia and showed that hard work, ingenuity, and a strong sense of community can build dreamsand this has flowed over into the Hubro we know today. ...
