19.01.2022 How happy are you? I’ve been doing the Yale University ‘Science of Well-being’ course on Coursera. You can read about the course and the professor lecturing the course in the article I’m linking in the comments. As part of the course, you do an Authentic Happiness Inventory. This gives you a score out of 5. I did this quiz last year and got 2.79.... You have to sign up to do the quiz but it keeps track of your scores. I’ll add the link in comments. So how happy are you?
