24.01.2022 Its with a heavy heart I announce the closure of Glitz Hair for the next couple of months. Due to the new government guide lines, colours now have been ruled out as its physically impossible to do a colour in a 30 min time frame. As for haircuts we have deemed this to risky at this time. I personally feel that Hairdressing isnt a essential service and it is only a matter of time before the government shut the industry down. Sue and I want to apologise for any inconvenience but also want to thank all our AMAZING clientele for their ongoing support. We look forward to picking things back up again when these horrible horrendous times pass. Take Care of yourselves and others. Nina and Sue.

22.01.2022 Announcement Hi Everyone, I will be re opening the salon on Monday 11th May! Please be patient and expect appointment delays. There are a lot of you and only two of us Due to the on going government guidelines Sue and I will be working on different days. Limited daily appointments available for the time being too honour social distancing as much as we can and no beauty services will be offered at this stage. Only clients with appointments are to be in the salon at... one time, please leave the family at home If you already have an appointment that week it still stands, please contact me if your unable to attend. We now have a Zero tolerance to sickness! Please even if your feeling slightly off reschedule your appointment. If we dont feel comfortable we will ask you to re book your appointment. We will be enforcing stricter hygiene practices to keep EVERYONE as safe as possible! I will be in the salon some days next week taking phone appointments and checking messages, one again please be patient. To keep my doors open I hope everyone can understand that in the Hairdressing industry its impossible to stay at a safe distance but following salon policies and doing the right thing by each other we will get through this. If your unwell for whatever reason please change your appointment. As a small business owner wanting to keep my doors open I feel the need to try to keep ahead of the game to ensure the safety of my family, clientele and community. As this pandemic is moving at such a rapid rate we feel a responsibility not only to our familys but to you our wonderful clientele.
