06.01.2022 Hi For those of you who havent met me, Im Hilary, a Pilates instructor and founder of GLO Pilates. I am also at the tail end of a Bachelor or Science, majoring in Psychology & with a minor in Human Resources. I chose this degree because people have always interested me. Throughout my degree, I have learnt to empathise and understand people and have learnt not to place any judgement because people are the way they are because of what they have been through and this shape...s them. I am very passionate about mental health because I have had my own experiences that I have struggled with, just like everyone else. I have found that moving my body and having a good sweat has transformed my mind into a happier place & my body into a healthier one. This is where my business name originated from because after a workout I have a clearer, happier mind and a body that feels alive.
