21.01.2022 I am participating Gold Coast Marathon on 7 July 2019. Yes it is a full marathon, 42.195km. Although I did some training up until now, obviously have never run for 42km, which will be a big challenge for me. I will do my best to finish the race within the cut off time so it can possibly give some hopes if not inspiration to some people. This is me saying after years of beer drinking and smoking cigarettes and trying to do this extreme distance running for the first time.... Im hoping that this can be utilised to help some good cause. I lost 3 out of my 4 grand parents from cancer as well as my aunty and mother in law. Cancers have been causing huge griefs to a lot of people in the world as I speak now even with todays medicine and technology. Ive created this page because I want to make a difference, wanted to support Cancer council by raising money as part of my participation in Gold Coast Marathon.
