23.01.2022 When was the last time you saw the sun rise over the dark sky? I love watching the sunrise. A reminder of how lucky we are to see it rise everyday. Giving us another chance. Another day to experience and give our all to life When you think about all the unlikely odds that brought you into existence and being exactly who you are, your body, your hair, your skin and all of your perfect imperfections... you can see how lucky you are to be here. To get to wake up everyday w...ith a whole world at your feet. A new start every day, a whole heart of love to give and a whole head full of imagination and creation... You are a magical, unlikely being. When you wake up each morning, step out of bed knowing you have everything you need within you to walk an incredible life. 22.01.2022 Out over the hills, I heard a voice call. It called out my name in a half whisper half yell. I wanted to follow it, to follow the voice. Travel over the hills, across the ocean and land. I wanted to follow it to every edge, every corner and every peak on this earth. Everything that I’d see would shine in my eyes. I’d have eyes of such depth, as deep as the sea. People would see the life, the adventure, the knowledge, a whole world of life in my eyes. As I stood in place, list...ening, considering following that voice. That mysterious voice I heard from behind the clouds. I decided it must be the universe, connecting to my soul. Making me remember that I’m not here to play small. I take a few purposeful steps, off the man made path towards the voice. When someone called out, hey stay with us, you’ll get lost. Another man also leaving the path, following the voice he must of heard out there. He obeyed that someone and turned around, drowning again in the society crowd. But me? Oh no. 18.01.2022 All you Earth loving humans... this is for you! This is my favourite mat EVER! I have collected many Yoga mats because I’m a total pretty mat addict... however! This mat is a completely sustainable yoga mat made of 100% rubber, all ethically sourced. I am all about earth friendly products. I believe you cannot teach or preach peace and kindness without showing how you can walk lightly along the planet, caring for it in every action.... In this photo you see me in yoga gear I have worn regularly since I was 16 (I’m 22 now). Simply because I value using something until it cannot be used. I try not to buy recklessly. This wonderful yoga mat I have also had for years. And it still brings me joy, is in fantastic condition (even after all of the beach/rocky/farm yoga sessions) and will continue to be used daily for a long long time. 15.01.2022 Anddddd it’s official! I have just completed my Life Coaching Certification this is the first of many trainings to come in this area but I’m sooo excited to have reached this milestone! I wanted to become a life coach to help people get themselves out of the stuck feeling in life. I have been there for a long time. Feeling like everyday is on repeat and rarely doing something new or going on adventures which I love so much I am getting out of this and I have bee...n working on self-love and self-growth. I have been reading, going to lectures and studying how to improve your life and I finally have pushed myself to find ‘new’. I want to help anyone feeling like they want more in life, to go and discover their potential with practical steps to get there. AND with my love and support along the way xx I believe every human is here for a reason and you are worth more then the ‘same old’ every day. 10.01.2022 Connection with an animal has to be one of the most beautiful feelings on the planet. Animals are meant to live in the wild, so were we at one point. The chances of an animal becoming best friends with a human sounds impossible when you think about the plans of nature. Every time I start yoga on my mat, a cat will sleep under me, a dog with lick me and a puppy with bounce all over me. This used to frustrate me, annoyed at their interruptions. Now? I see it as a gift. They ar...e in my heart and it is clear they have me in their own hearts. Overflowing with love on the mat everyday. I talk to them and give pats and cuddles throughout meditation and flow. I don’t know why me being busy on the mat calls all of the animals to me maybe they enjoy the sense of calm and need it just as much as a human does I welcome these little interruptions on my mat. I am practicing to breathe in the calm, peace and love. We should all learn to give that love on the mat, even to creatures making our practice a little more creative than usual Do you have an animal join you in your home practice?
