15.01.2022 It's a tough pill to swallow sometimes ... and certainly like a pill gets lodged in your throat - you know sometimes when you try to swallow a large tablet perhaps and it kinda gets stuck in your throat - and that feeling that comes when you can't swallow it’s just awful ... Well .... that's exactly how I felt when I first started to really get this .... 'I am where I am ... because that's exactly where I chose to be' ... You might be exactly where you want to be which i...s totally fabulous!! But maybe you've read this quote just like I did for the first time and felt those words get stuck in your throat just like that pill!! I realised that I wasn't where I wanted to be - and I didn't want to see it as a choice I'd made - but it was in fact because of choices I had made, as well because of choices I hadn't made, and I’d settled! The good thing is though - once you swallow that pill and accept that 'where you are is exactly where you've chosen to be' - you now have the knowledge and power that you can actually change it, this realisation alone can change everything in your life and in your future.
